to open an Egsa Outfitters account you must 16 years of age or older.
Prices and Crypto Coins
All prices and fees listed at the Egsa Outfitters are in United States Dollars ($) unless otherwise noted. The United States Dollar is the official currency of the Outfitters. Checks, Money Orders and all International orders may only be paid by funds in US Dollars. Payments made by crypto currencies (Crypto Coins) are accepted only in currencies otherwise noted for transactions valued at more than $5 USD. These accepted currencies include Bitcoin (BTC) / (B), Gamecredits (GMC) / (G) and Unbotanium (UNO) / (U).
Rates of exchange for crypto currencies and the currencies accepted by the Egsa Outfitters are also subject to change without notice. Residents of Illinois are subject to state sales tax. All prices and fees are subject to change without notice.
Pre-orders and Advanced Orders
We offer our customers the opportunity to pre-order selected games and gear up to four months (120-days) in advance. If you pre-order an item, your credit card will be charged for both the in-stock items and the pre-ordered items at the time of the initial purchase.
Import fees
Please note: Import fees or customs are the responsibility of the buyer.
HeroCards, HeroPoints, QuestPoints, Store Credit and Crypto Currency Redemption
No form of store credit at the Egsa Outfitters (including HeroCards, HeroPoints or QuestPoints) is any way redeemable for cash. Egsa HeroPoints may be used to purchase items that are available from the. Egsa Outfitters only. No form of crypto currency payment is redeemable for cash. All crypto currency payments are refunded in the same currency if possible or Egsa Outfitters store credit at the full discretion of the Egsa Outfitters.
Returns & Exchanges
As game fans we want every order to be perfect. In the event of damage in physical shipping, please contact the Egsa Outftitters first for an RMA for any returns. Defective items with an RMA must be returned within 7 days for an exchange. In the event that a product is no longer available a full refund will be made. Please insure your item for the full value with "tracking". Returns lost in return shipping will not be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All sales are final for transfered digital products.
